Lauren first joined Encore Search Partners as a Marketing Intern after connecting with the company on Instagram. Over the course of five months, she learned to develop effective strategies, craft compelling stories, and enhance the brand’s voice. That led to her transition into a full-time role as the Media Relations Specialist. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. At Encore Search Partners, she focuses on driving visibility through media placements, thought leadership, and storytelling that showcase the firm’s impact. What excites her most about her role is the opportunity to shape the company’s media presence and make connections with a variety of individuals. She describes the culture as competitive, supportive, and growth-driven.
