Connor’s connection to Encore Search Partners came through his father, who knows Jeremy through Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO). When Connor reached out to Jeremy for advice on his job search, he was pleasantly surprised to receive an offer for a part-time position. Connor holds a BA in Economics from UT Austin. In his role, Connor enjoys diving into business functions and exploring how new tools can help the company earn more and waste less. He’s particularly excited about the opportunity to learn about a wide range of software and AI tools that are shaping the future of business. Connor describes the culture at Encore Search Partners as supportive and hard-working. Outside of work, Connor enjoys standup comedy, traveling, and participating in running club.
