Karla discovered Encore Search Partners through an Instagram post by Jeremy. She was looking for a change and decided to take a chance by reaching out. She holds a degree in Design with a minor in Art History and Social Studies from the University of North Texas.

What Karla loves most about her role is the energy in the office. She finds it both inspiring and admirable how everyone is self-motivated and eager to achieve their goals and make meaningful connections. She’s excited to track her own growth, looking forward to comparing where she started to where she’ll be in the future, knowing the potential is limitless.

Karla describes the culture as competitive but supportive, with an atmosphere where everyone is competing against others and themselves in an inspiring way. What she particularly appreciates is the transparency and there’s openness about what’s happening across the team.

Outside of work, Karla is an artist who loves to create and spend time in nature with her dogs. She’s passionate about travel but above all, she cherishes spending time with her family and surrounding herself with inspiring people.
