Kasey O’Brien heard about Encore from her friend, Kelsie Roushan. Her favorite thing about Encore is the genuine understanding and compassion shown to her. Kasey has grown by expanding her knowledge in an industry she previously knew nothing about. She’s learned to be accountable for her own actions and has been learning and improving her listening abilities. “The culture is friendly, uplifting, encouraging, and empathetic. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons in activities such as baseball, church, video games, movies, and personal projects in furniture restoration.”
