Aaryan is a rising junior at the University of Houston, majoring in Finance. He discovered the opportunity at Encore Search Partners through LinkedIn while seeking a role that would challenge him both professionally and personally. What drew him to Encore was the fast-paced, competitive culture – one that pushes individuals to outperform their peers, face rejection head-on, and continually grow. He’s most excited to build resilience in this high-performance environment, knowing it’s a skill that will benefit him in every area of life. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the cello, watching movies and soccer, and exploring trends in the energy markets.
