Austin is a Finance major at The University of Texas in Austin at The McCombs School of Business. He discovered the internship at Encore Search Partners through LinkedIn while looking for a summer opportunity. His favorite part of the role, so far, is the collaborative culture here, one where people are rooting for his success and those around him. While working at Encore, he’s looking forward to improving his skills in sales and gaining the opportunity to communicate with a variety of clients. He’s also eager to learn from experienced professionals and gain real-world insight into how business relationships are built and maintained. Austin values being part of a fast-paced environment that challenges him to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Austin enjoys working out and staying active in sports such as golf and basketball.
