Chad Mozingo met Jeremy once and was familiar with the success, growth, and strategy of Encore through social media.

He has a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University in Sports Management, and is Pathfinder and Airborne qualified in the U.S. Army.

Chad most enjoys the high achieving, high emotionally intelligent people he works alongside, both internally and externally. “The intellectual/social stimulation is my favorite part. And of course helping a person find their dream job/helping a company find the human solution to a business challenge. 

My growth has come primarily from other people – mentors, leaders, and my clients and candidates. Folks who have been patient and friendly enough to entertain my intellectual and professional curiosity, especially as an early career professional fresh out of minor league baseball!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and making music.”
