I am a University of Oklahoma Alum with a BBA in Marketing and a Concentration in Advertising. My favorite thing about the company is the people. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful as I dive into this new role. I also like that you are forever learning in this role. There is always something else to learn and we are given the tools and support to succeed. I am excited to continue growing both professionally and personally at Encore. This role has made me a much more confident individual inside and outside of work. I am also excited to continue to expand my knowledge of the financial industry.
