Jayson Ramsey found Encore while searching on Bauer Gateway, the internal job board for UH’s Bauer College of Business. He also has an Associate’s of Arts from the University of Maryland Global Campus which he earned while in Active Duty with the US Army.

His favorite thing about the company is the ability to offer value and new opportunities to people while also improving his skills in networking, financial literacy and professionalism in a corporate space.

Jayson describes the culture as competitive, friendly/corporative, innovative, open minded, modern, and hungry.

Outside of work, he enjoys training and watching MMA, working out, reading, traveling internationally, and relaxing.
