John Howard met our CEO, Jeremy Jenson, through a mutual friend and stayed in contact over the following weeks. After having multiple conversations about life, the opportunity was presented to interview to work for Encore. 

John has a degree from Texas A&M University with a degree in Recreational Parks & Tourism Science, and is working on his MBA at the Mays School of Business. His favorite thing about the company is the amazing team, camaraderie, and being given all the necessary tools/training to be successful in the role.

I have become knowledgeable in the Wealth Management space while learning the processes of recruiting. I am excited to provide support in Encore breaking goals and continuing to be the best. John describes the culture as professional, competitive, supportive, and welcoming. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, swimming, and going to Texas A&M football games.
