Kelsey’s stepmother encouraged her to reach out, as our President, Scott Kelley, is a former student of hers. She loves her role because she gets to help everyone in the company. Kelsey enjoys Encore’s dynamic environment and learning something new every day. She has grown her professional presence and confidence, and personally, she has gained independence and knowledge. She describes the culture as dynamic and competitive. “Everyone knows how to lift each other up, and it’s great to witness the camaraderie across our team.” Outside of work, she loves reading, playing video games, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
