Lauren heard about the job on a high school friend’s Facebook, Jeremy Jenson, while waiting to interview with an insurance company. Last year she was the 2022 TSRSA – Fourth Place Winner in Direct Hire Technical & Professional, (Texas Search, Recruiting, & Staffing Association).

“My favorite thing about the role is the growth I’ve seen in myself, my colleagues, and the organization itself. I am honored to be intimately a part of something thriving in the way we are. I have grown professionally AND personally here. Not to be sappy, but this place has truly changed my life. I really don’t think I could express it well enough in a few sentences. I have the opportunity here to expand as a leader, mentor, and overall human because of the people and resources. It’s hard to describe but our culture is unique in that we are competitive but team oriented, always evolving, all while holding on to our original values. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, cuddling with my real and fur babies, and driving the speed limit in my Hemi.”
