Mahtab Moradi is Encore’s Performance & Mindset Coach. She has a background in clinical psychology and couples counseling, making her a great resource for the employees. Mahtab was formally trained at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Behavioral Medicine, The University of Texas with a degree in Psychology, and has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Her expertise in conflict management and the psychology of relationships lend to her ability to coach Encore employees to reaching their potential.
