Philippe heard about the role through multiple longtime friends. His favorite thing about the company is the culture and the amount of work at hand. “There’s never a dull moment. Honing my communication skills would be the biggest professional improvement I have gone through since starting to work at Encore. Articulating myself properly in a short amount of time and building relationships in a matter of minutes are high-level skills I have developed here.” Philippe describes the culture as up-tempo, friendly, and competitive. Outside of the office, he enjoys hitting Houston’s “hotspots” and exploring the city’s restaurant scene.
