Sam is a Finance major at The University of Alabama on track to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree. He discovered the internship at Encore Search Partners through a mutual connection, which led him to want to get connected to this role. His favorite part about working at Encore, so far, is the energetic and unapologetically driven culture– one where people aren’t afraid to push boundaries, move with momentum, and get results. While working at Encore, he’s looking forward to taking on new challenges and expanding his skill set as a financial recruiter. He’s also eager to learn from experienced professionals while building more confidence in his leadership and communication. Sam values being part of a fast-paced environment that challenges him to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, traveling, hanging out with his friends, and trying new side hustles.
