Mike heard about the company from a former employee. He loves the autonomy to do his job the best way he sees fit and the ability to get creative and find unique solutions to solve his clients’ challenges. Mike came from the staffing industry and relishes the opportunity to work with large enterprise organizations, as well as help organizations place high-level Executive Leadership positions. “Our culture is extremely collaborative. We consistently lean on one another for advice when we run into challenges in our everyday work but also in our personal lives. We constantly work as a team, whether it be placing an A-Player with another recruiter’s client or getting additional help when we run into issues.” Outside of headhunting, he loves riding motorcycles and hiking in the mountains with his kids in his new home in Utah.
