Lauren discovered the opportunity through LinkedIn, where she had been following Jeremy and was inspired by his post during National Women’s Small Business Month. Born and raised in Biloxi, South Mississippi, Lauren moved to Houston in 2017.

As a recruiter, Lauren brings her naturally friendly and talkative personality to every interaction. She’s particularly impressed by the company’s commitment to the community and is excited to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Since joining the team, she’s appreciated the daily tips and guidance from her coworkers. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs: Honey, a golden retriever, and Mylo, a schnauzer. She’s a devoted football fan who loves cooking on game day, and her passions include gardening, cooking (she’s a big foodie!), and the history behind designer handbags.
